How it works
Manufacture & Distribute:
Biodegradable menstrual pads are crafted from cotton, designed to last up to five years, minimizing environmental impact.
Educate & Empower:
Through training on good menstrual hygiene management (MHM), environmental awareness, and a ‘train-the-trainer’ program, we empower adolescent girls to understand their bodies, manage menstruation hygienically, and navigate social aspects with confidence, promoting well-being and reducing stigma.
Advocate and Mobilize Partnerships:
We collaborate with organizations to advocate for and establish private, well-equipped facilities that ensure safe and dignified menstrual care.
Measure Impact:
By leveraging BaoTree, we accurately track our social and environmental footprint, ensuring transparency and actionable results.
